Group: Wholehearted Health
Wholehearted Health is a group led by Chaz Jones who assists in the navigation and importance of nutrition in our daily health routine. The group will discuss relationships with food, healthy nutrition, how food benefits and can slow down our body, as well as the relationship between food and mental health.
