Yoga for Relaxation
Led by Michele Miklos, RYT-200, Yoga is a time to give yourself the gift of an hour in the middle of the week to relax and release. Let yourself be guided through a soothing flow that will loosen up your body and allow your mind to unwind.
Class Type: Gentle Flow Yoga
Bring a yoga mat and/or towel and any props you may enjoy for your practice.
Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., starting 5/15/2019
*Any interruptions to the schedule (due to travel or holidays) will be announced.
Special intro rates for New Students (only): drop-in $15, 5-class pass for $60.
Rates after intro offer: drop-in $18, 5-class pass for $75
