Life has a way of shifting beneath our feet: sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in your relationships, struggling with complicated family dynamics, or coping with the pain of loss, you don’t have to go through it alone. I strive to provide a warm, therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and empowered.
My counseling style is person-centered and integrative in nature, utilizing the best approach to suit your unique needs. I have had the opportunity to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, divorce, parenting difficulties, life stresses, and more.
I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Slippery Rock University. I have participated in many advocacy efforts to support children's mental health in schools. I am also a certified yoga instructor and believe in the importance of the mind and body connection.
I have seen clients throughout the lifespan and have a deep understanding of human development. I’m especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of growing up. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating a challenging season, or an adult experiencing difficult life transitions, I strive to provide a warm, therapeutic, and collaborative environment to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
You have already taken the first step in your mental healthy journey by coming here. I am looking forward to working with you.
