Do you ever feel like you’re the only one struggling with how hard life is? Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you’re not alone—I’m here to walk with you through it. I tend to work best with clients who:

  • Are stuck in self-doubt, waking up with anxiety, and replaying conversations in your head—wondering what you did wrong;
  • Feeling stuck in the same arguments, disconnected from your partner, or overwhelmed by tension with a family member or teen power struggles?
  • Are parents, seeking support for your child or teen who is
    • falling behind in school,
    • forgetful,
    • acting without thinking,
    • reacting with intense emotions, or
    • not listening no matter how hard you try ((and their frequent meltdowns, outbursts, or emotional shutdowns are leaving you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next.)).

You're doing your best—but it might feel like nothing is working. If you're asking yourself, "What else can I do?"—you’re not alone. And there are ways to move forward.

How I address clients:

I help you better understand what's happening beneath the surface and give you tools to manage it and feel more confident in everyday life, whether it is for you, you and your partner, or your child, I help individuals work through the real-life struggles that come with just living.

Parenting is tough — Together, we’ll look beneath the surface of your child’s behavior to understand the "why" behind the outbursts, defiance, or emotional ups and downs. I’ll share practical, realistic tools you can use right away—tools that fit your values and your life. Most importantly, we’ll work toward helping you feel more connected to your child, more confident in your parenting, and more supported along the way.
