Pittsburgh Psychotherapy Associates, LLC is looking for an experienced, Licensed Clinician in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), who is looking to work in a private practice setting as an independent contractor. At Pittsburgh Psychotherapy Associates, LLC, we provide psychotherapy in a comfortable, calm, and serene private practice setting to individuals, couples, and families in the Pittsburgh area. We offer a supportive and caring work environment to our clients. We accept most major insurance carriers, with the exception of Medicaid/Medicare. The available position is considered part-time, with potential to develop into a full-time position, if desired. Must be available to provide weekend appointments.
As an independent contractor, candidates will be reimbursed competitively, at a percentage of the fee collected for services. These percentages are dependent upon private practice experience, years in the field, and credentialing. Credentialing is strongly encouraged. Licensing is a must. Pittsburgh Psychotherapy Associates, LLC is now hiring a Part-Time psychologist to join its growing private practice in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. Psychologist will provide diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy services to children, adults, teens and families. Additional duties may include comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessment and testing of children and teens; and individual and family education on diagnosis and treatment. The practice offers a furnished office with a great location just minutes from downtown, high-speed internet access, administrative support, and billing services.
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA accredited program and have completed an APA accredited internship. Credentialing with major local insurers is preferred, but support can be provided for credentialing if not yet secured.
Applicants must be licensed as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania upon starting the position and have updated clearances.
