M.S.E.d., LPC

I believe resilience lives in all of us. We all have the ability to withstand adversity and rise above difficult times in our lives. After all, personal growth only happens during these uncertain or challenging times. Sometimes we just need guidance, but the strength lies within you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, earning my Masters of Education though Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Additionally, I am a K-12 certified school counselor. My experience as a mental health therapist spans 8 years. I have worked in both in person settings as well as teletherapy, with ages ranging from young children to adults. I am very passionate about helping others who are struggling mentally and emotionally, especially children and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is client centered, using therapeutic techniques such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.  I am here to help you grow and succeed in managing anxiety, stress, peer relationships, depression, and self- esteem.
