I utilize a wide variety of treatment modalities and an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Therapy, Grief Work, Play Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, among other therapies and adapt them in order to help best meet your needs.
Like it or not, life happens...But what if we could be better prepared with how to cope with things that come up and problem solve? What if we could better focus on the good in our lives instead of the daily struggles? It’s time to say goodbye to the thunderstorms and start counting the rainbows! I’d love to work with you so that together we can find the beauty in the every day, EVERY DAY!
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain!” by Vivian Greene
