Sometimes it just seems like life begins to slip through our fingers and we can’t figure out how to regain control. With human connection and the support of others, we can begin facing life’s obstacles head on while gaining new awareness into our true self. I understand the importance of focusing on the mind, body, and spirit and I look forward to helping guide you on a journey of self-discovery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 7 year of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to help guide my clients through a myriad of obstacles. With my training and experience, which includes training at the #1 Addiction Treatment center in the nation, I feel confident in my ability to help steer clients into a life that is more fulfilling and meaningful. I meet my clients where they are and use a variety of evidenced based practices in order to do so. Specializing in substance use, co-dependency, families affected by substance use, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, burnout, trauma, and secondary trauma.

I began my education at Kent State University, where I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I continued my education In Minnesota and earned my Masters Degree in Addiction Studies from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. Most recently, I completed post maters education through Walden University, specializing more specifically in mental health and trauma informed care.
