Michele took her first yoga class as an undergrad at the University of Pittsburgh. After dancing for 14+ years, she was happy to find a form of graceful movement that balanced the strength and flexibility she valued from her dance training in a non-performative, non-competitive atmosphere.
Since completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2015, Michele has shared yoga in a variety of settings including studio classes, private gatherings for friends, and outdoor yoga in the park. Her intention as an instructor is to provide people with an experience that develops their relationship with their own mind & body, as well as a connection to what unites us as humans.
