GROUP: Melationship: Growing the Relationship You Have with Yourself to Improve Your Relationship with Others.

Looking for ways to improve your relationship with yourself, significant others, or looking for ways to grow for a new relationship? Join us for our group on healthy relationships, starting February 12th, 2019, and continuing every second Tuesday of each month.

If you have a hard time with barriers such as distressing thoughts, symptoms of depression or anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty tolerating distress, this may be the group for you. Join Andrea Bigenho in the journey at changing the way you think, starting on February 5th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and every 1st and 3rd Tuesday for five weeks.
