Are you feeling stuck? Are you looking for real change in your life, but not sure how to get there or even where to start? I want to help you engage life in a richer, more meaningful way by creating goals that are individualized for you and that highlight your strengths. Helping redefine balance and promoting a greater understanding about living as fully, authentically, and compassionately as possible is my hope for every individual and couple that I encounter.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with more than 14 years experience helping adults, teens, and couples who are struggling with a wide range of issues including but not limited to anger, anxiety, depression, divorce, dreams and nightmares, existential anxiety, fear, grief and loss, guilt, intimacy and sexuality, life transitions, loss of meaning, marital problems, parenting, relationships, self esteem , stress, substance abuse, and trauma. As well as providing psychotherapy and couples counseling services, I am a published author who teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in professional counseling and psychology at Carlow University. Additionally, I co-host a weekly podcast on the subject of psychology.
