MS, LPC, CIMHP, CCTP-II, CTMH, EMDR-Trained
If you find yourself constantly on edge, replaying conversations, or bracing for the next let‑down — you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me because they’re:
- stuck in people‑pleasing or over‑giving,
- quick to shut down or “go numb” when emotions run high,
- battling an inner critic that never lets up,
- struggling to set (or keep) healthy boundaries, and
- feeling torn between craving closeness and fearing it.
I can assist you in untangling these survival patterns in a warm, down‑to‑earth space. Together we can practice simple tools to calm an overwhelmed nervous system, turn down the volume on self‑doubt, and build the kind of relationships where you can breathe, speak up, and feel safe enough to stay and stand in your strength. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about rediscovering the steady, resilient self that’s been there all along and learning new ways to move through the world with confidence and ease.
How I Address Client Needs
I offer a space where clients can learn and utilize body-based regulation practices and EMDR therapy, along with a holistic approach that recognizes how what we do with and put into our bodies can impact our mental health, physical health, relationships, and overall well-being. These tools help my clients move through stuck patterns, process past experiences, and reconnect with a sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust — from the inside out.
