Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Life can be difficult, and everyone’s journey takes them to different places. If you’d have me, I’d like to be part of your journey.

Growing up in Pittsburgh my entire life, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Slippery Rock University. I then completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on direct practice and mental health. Over the 7 years, my experiences have given me the ability to work with many different populations, ranging from children with behavioral issues, the homeless, pregnant women, and those struggling with addiction.

I believe each person is unique and therefore, therapeutic techniques used in sessions also need to be different. For that reason, I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach, sprinkled with CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques.
