It’s okay to not be okay.

Therapy may be for you if: you are feeling stuck, experience persistent and unwanted thoughts, have difficulties navigating certain relationships, or are going through a major life change. The truth is, we could all benefit from help, guidance, and support at times. Clients come to me looking to solve many different types of concerns, including:

  • Feeling down or low which has been impacting day to day life or other
    relationships,
  • Have excessive or racing thoughts, worries, or fears,
  • Difficulty concentrating or avoiding certain tasks or activities,
  • Struggle to set boundaries with others or feel uncomfortable saying “no,”
  • Relationship issues or concerns, and
  • Impulsive behaviors leading to negative consequences.

The hardest part is getting started. From there, we can work together to make simple, but powerful change to improve your emotional and physical well-being.

How I Address Client’s Needs I offer a safe, nonjudgemental space where clients explored their feelings and beliefs, by empowering self-discovery and self-acceptance. I believe each person is the expert in their own lives and therefore they have the ability to discover solutions to promote greater independence, enhance overall wellbeing, and foster lasting change. By using a combined modality therapy approach, I can individualize each client’s treatment to meet their own individual needs. Each session is client focused to address the needs and concerns of the individual.

Professional Experience

  • In my over 10 years of experience, I have had the ability to work with many different client populations and their different challenges, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, OCD, impulse control, self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, and other life transitions.

Education and Licensure

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Slippery Rock University.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Life can be difficult, and everyone has their own journey to take. If you’d have me, I’d like to be a part of your journey. I look forward to working with you soon.
